Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account History page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Return Policy FAQ's
Your "EZ-2-Nurse Twins" Pillow carries a 30-day Manufacturer's Warranty against any manufacturer defects. Returns for any other reason, once opened, will incur a 20% re-stock charge. For health and hygiene reasons, no returns will be accepted after 30 days. Please call 1(800)584-TWIN for a Return Product Authorization Number (RPA #) prior to returning. No returns will be accepted without an RPA #. Once again, for health and hygiene reasons, no returns will be accepted after 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Shipping Information:

We ship UPS Ground from San Diego, California, to the 48 contiguous United States, so shipping times vary.   Please allow approximately 5-7 business days to the East Coast, 3-5 business days to the Mid-States, and 1-3 business days to the West Coast.  Need it sooner? Call 1(800)584-TWIN for UPS Express rates.  Or, visit our "Distributors Near You" page (Double Blessings' Distributors) for a supplier within your state for quicker turn-around time. 

Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO and FPO are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, (please add $7 to regular shipping charges).

We apologize, but we no longer ship to international addresses from the USA.  However, we have suppliers in Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.  Please visit Double Blessings' Distributors for our current supplier contact information.
