Your "EZ-2-Nurse Twins" Pillow carries a 30-day Manufacturer's Warranty against any manufacturer defects. Returns for any other reason, once opened, will incur a 20% re-stock charge. For health and hygiene reasons, no returns will be accepted after 30 days. Please call 1(800)584-TWIN for a Return Product Authorization Number (RPA #) prior to returning. No returns will be accepted without an RPA #. Once again, for health and hygiene reasons, no returns will be accepted after 30 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Shipping Information:
We ship UPS Ground from San Diego, California, to the 48 contiguous United States, so shipping times vary. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days to the East Coast, 3-5 business days to the Mid-States, and 1-3 business days to the West Coast. Need it sooner? Or, visit our "Distributors Near You" page ( http://www.doubleblessings.com/distributors.html ) for a supplier within your state for quicker turn-around time.
Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO Boxes, APO and FPO are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, (please add $7 to regular shipping charges).
